Atlantic Alliance restarts from Madrid: interview with Prof. Michele Testoni

Twelve years after the approval of the last Lisbon Strategic Concept, the heads of state and government of the Atlantic Alliance's member states are meeting on the Iberian Peninsula to adopt the new document that will guide the Atlantic partnership in the coming decades. Against the backdrop of the war in Ukraine and on the 40th anniversary of Spain's entry into the Atlantic Pact, the Alliance starts anew in Madrid.
