THE ADMISSIONS PROCESS
Online Application
You will need to complete an online application form with your personal and academic information.

Send a personalized video introducing yourself and why you want to study this program.
evaluation
Once you send your personalized video, your entire application will be evaluated holistically by our Admissions Committee. This is the last step of your application and it will take roughly 1 week for the Admissions Committee to get back to you with a final decision.
visas & housing
If you are a non-European student, planning to take part in one of our Summer programs, you might need to apply for a visa depending on your nationality.

Enrolling in the Summer at IE graduate summer program will unlock some exclusive benefits if you go on to apply for a master’s degree program at IE University:
*Please note that this applies to all graduates from previous Graduate Summer Program editions. To enjoy these benefits, applicants should specify in their master’s online application form that they are graduates from the Graduate Summer Program.
01.
Tuition reduction for your master’s degree
Your tuition fee for the graduate summer program will be credited toward your master's program tuition. This credit remains valid for up to two academic years post-completion of the graduate summer program. If you opt for the regular scholarship process, it can be combined with a master's scholarship. The scholarship amount will be calculated by deducting the graduate summer program credit from the total tuition.

Exemption from the application fee
If you decide to apply for a master's program at IE University, you won't be required to pay the €150 application fee as part of your application process.
03.
Fast-track admissions process
With a fast-track admissions process, you will receive confirmation of your admission status within three weeks of submitting all required documents. Additionally, during the evaluation phase for an IE profile, you will automatically be considered a positive case, expediting the admissions process.

Only one referral required
When you apply for a master’s program at IE University, you will only be obligated to submit a single referral, a difference from the standard process that typically requires two.
Pre-program on Foundations of Sustainability
Enroll in our graduate summer program to access the  IE Foundations of Sustainability Certificate, an online, self-paced pre-program available at no extra cost until July 31st.
This certificate equips you with the skills to integrate sustainability into various business activities. You will also have access to our Online Learning Journeys resource, which is designed for flexible learning. It features diverse materials such as interviews, lectures, articles, podcasts and interactive content from IE Publishing.
Benefit from short masterclasses and interviews led by 12 IE University faculty experts, each contributing to a rich educational experience. With a commitment of approximately four to six hours, these learning opportunities can be completed at your own pace between May 18th and July 31st.
