    MEET THE PROGRAM'S VICE-DEAN, CONCEPCIÓN GALDÓN SANZ-PASTOR​

    Concepción is an Economist from Universidad Autónoma de Madrid. She holds a Master in Public Administration and International Development from Harvard Kennedy School and a PhD in International Economy and Development from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she received an Outstanding Award for her dissertation. Her research focuses on the use of technology in social entrepreneurship.

    She has published in peer reviewed journals and book chapters, writes regularly for mass media, and speaks at international conferences.

    Her professional experience includes leading the IE Sustainability Office’s teaching and research efforts, launching Area 31 at the IE Center for Entrepreneurship and Innovation, working on inclusion initiatives at the IE Center for Diversity, and founding an NGO.

    The Advisory Group of the Master in Sustainability and Business Transformation at IE Business School is composed of senior professionals and thought leaders who bring diverse perspectives from across sectors and geographies.
