Tech MBA - The ProtagonistThe first specialized MBA focused on the tech sector launched in Europe.
About the Tech MBA profile
Due to the highly specialized nature of the Tech MBA itself, it is a prerequisite for prospective candidates to have an undergraduate degree in either Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM).
(Exceptions can be made for undergraduate degrees, such as Economics or Finance among others, where students can verify that they completed a substantial amount of STEM related coursework as part of their academic background).
Prior work experience in the tech industry is not required; however, you must be able to demonstrate a passion for the tech world and the businesses and opportunities that are part of it.
How you demonstrate that you are a techie is up to you. You might recognize yourself as a techie if your vocabulary includes terms such as the Internet of Things (IoT), machine learning, artificial intelligence, quantum computing, fintech, smart energy grids and waste management, agri-tech, and/or robotics, among others.
