More than four months have passed since the French President, Emmanuel Macron, launched the idea of creating a European Political Community as a response to the historical context in which we live. It was last May 9 at the European Parliament, coinciding with the celebration of Europe Day and the closing of the Conference on the Future of the Union. What exactly does he propose?
