This study advances entrepreneurial action theory (EAT) by examining the strategic implications of impulsive actions, a factor largely overlooked in previous EAT research. Through agent-based modeling and simulations involving 2.7 million virtual entrepreneurs, the study identifies conditions determining whether impulsivity confers a strategic advantage or disadvantage, contributing to a more comprehensive understanding of EAT.
