Dr. Celia de Anca is currently the Deputy Dean for Ethics, Diversity, and Inclusion at IE University where she also runs the Center for Diversity in Global Management. She is the author of Beyond Tribalism (2012) and co-author of the Managing Diversity in the Global Organization (2007). She had articles published in specialized journals, in addition to regular articles in the press.

Suzana P. Nikiforova is a systemic brand consultant and author. With more than 20 years of experience in brand management, she is a pioneer in Animaway Branding and Brand Systems Leadership - two business tools that intersect branding with systems thinking. In 2020, Suzana published her first book Animaway Branding: a Conscious Business Paradigm for a Sustainable World where she walks us through her Animaway Branding philosophy.

Together we explore: how Suzana found her Ikigai; the difference between marketing and branding; what is outdated in the current branding paradigm; how systems thinking might help us shift towards a more conscious branding paradigm; how brands might serve higher needs of humanity such as self-transformation and self-actualization; what an evolved brand looks like; Suzana's reset buttons.

Alumni Series: Clara Bütow on Living More Sustainably

A chat with Clara Bütow on the importance of living a more sustainable, low-waste life.

Clara Bütow is passionate about the social dimension of climate change and is an advocate for climate justice. She is also the founder of Impact Revolution, an NGO focused on environmental awareness campaigns and citizen engagement using art, creativity, and empowerment. Clara is a (TEDx) speaker on climate action, plastic pollution, sustainable living, and citizen engagement, and facilitates workshops on sustainable business models and campaigning.

Together we explored the concept of living a low-waste life, her work with Impact Revolution, and the pressing need for environmental activism.
