IE University signs agreement with Audible, an Amazon company, to publish audiobooks, podcasts and articles on management and education in audio format

The agreement reinforces IE University's strategic commitment to liquid learning.

IE University has signed a collaboration agreement with Audible, part of the Amazon group, to promote the creation and dissemination of content in audio format, from audiobooks to podcasts or articles by the academic institution’s academic team andits experts in different areas. The agreement reinforces IE University's strategic commitment to liquid learning, a model that transforms the educational experience by allowing students to attend classes in person or by connecting remotely to screens installed in classrooms simultaneously, providing them with the same immersive experience and academic excellence.

The agreement has been signed by IE University Editorial Knowledge and includes several lines of activity such as the recording and broadcasting of podcasts based on informative and scientific articles by professors, managers and entrepreneurs with experience in different sectors of activity. These podcasts will analyze issues such as the challenges facing smart cities, positive leadership, CSR and millennials, diversity management in organizations, the future of work or the evolution of entrepreneurship maps.

The IE University Editorial Knowledge team is also working on the generation of audiobooks on keypublications such as Global Leaders, by Santiago Íñiguez de Onzoño; Reinventing Yourself, by Mario Alonso Puig; Lo imprevisible (The Unpredictable,) by Marta García Aller; Living in the Future, by Enrique Dans; Totem, by Andy Stalman; and Chief Well-being Officer, by Steven Macgregor and Rory Simpson.

The agreement also includes the development of short audio courses that explore areas of management such as marketing, talent and human resources, innovation and technology, strategy, economics, finance and operations, among others.
