Step 3: Legalize your studies
All students are required to complete the enrollment process. If you need to have your studies officially validated (through the Spanish Ministry of Education) please bear in mind that your enrollment will not be completed until you have obtained the relevant credentials.
The Admissions Department will be available to help you with this process. You must hand in or submit by post the corresponding documents to IE University Admissions – Madrid Campus or Segovia Campus before the 15th of October.
Once the deadline has passed, students who are still only conditionally enrolled may be denied entry during that academic year.

Special Educational Needs during the admissions process
Offering equitable and inclusive learning opportunities to students is our priority at IE University.
We believe that helping students thrive and embracing diversity includes properly supporting the individual needs of each student. To meet this goal, IE University offers a variety of accommodations for students with SEN (Special Educational Needs) both in the application process and for the duration of their studies. To ensure that accommodations are considered during the admissions process, please upload your supporting documentation to the documents section of your Online Application or send them directly to your Admissions Advisor via email. IE University maintains strict confidentially. Only documentation that demonstrates the existence of a special educational need by means of standardized diagnostic tests that are recognized internationally and are carried out by a certified professional will be accepted. The documents must be originals or certified copies, accompanied by a sworn translation into English or Spanish if they are written in any other language.

INFORMATION ON FEES FOR STUDENTS TRANSFERRING OR CHANGING PROGRAM
Payment methods and options are exactly the same as for first-year students.
Once you have completed the credit recognition process and paid to reserve your place, you will be able to enroll at IE University, sign the contract and pay the IE Foundation contribution (see Steps 1 and 2 for first-year students above). The total amount of tuition fees payable will depend on the number of recognized credits you bring from your previous university as shown on your credit recognition report. To comply with the legal requirements for official access, you must submit your official university transcripts to the Admissions Department. If your university of origin is non-European, you will need to legalize your documents first.
Visiting students
Once you have paid to reserve your place for the upcoming semester, you will be able to select your courses of choice in the enrollment platform and then enroll at IE University by signing the contract. Visiting students do not receive the benefits of the IE Foundation contribution and therefore are exempt from this payment.
Payment methods and options for visiting students:
Visiting students may only pay for their semester at IE University by making one full payment.
Keeping everyone safe and healthy is our number-one priority.
