Before IE: Amber was co-founder of Wigmore & Álvarez, a full-service consulting firm specializing in foreign business creation and development in Spain. Amber has extensive experience in the creation and development of international companies and organizations in a wide variety of industries. She has held senior and executive level management positions in international firms in both the U.S. and Spain.

Education: Amber holds an International MBA from IE Business School, as well as an undergraduate degree in Hispanic Studies and International Economics from Wheaton College (USA). She is currently a Doctoral Candidate at the School of Economics and Management Science, ETEA- Universidad de Córdoba, in the “Planning, Management and the Socio Economic Environment of Businesses” Doctoral program.

Before IE: Maria began working in the finance department of logistics/services companies and commercial banking.

Education: Maria holds an MBA from IE Business School and an Executive Master in Human Resources from Centro de Estudios Garrigues, as well as an undergraduate degree in Business Administration from Universidad Autonoma de Madrid.  

Before IE: Rosalia began working in the finance department of a technology company. After graduating, she developed several projects in software applications for companies in different sectors.

Education: Rosalia holds a degree in Computer Science from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca and is a Certified Executive Coach from IE Business School.  

Before IE: Ana has more than 15 years of experience in multifunctional positions mainly at DHL, in roles such as Billing Manager, Controller and Business Development Manager.

Education:  Ana holds both an International MBA and Executive Master in Human Resources from IE Business School, has participated in the Advanced Management Program from IE Business School, and holds an undergraduate degree in Law from the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares.

Before IE: Carlos has developed his career in the area of Executive Search in Spain and the UK. In London, he worked for the leader of executive search firms, executing projects for EMEA. He has advised top companies on how to attract and retain talent, with a specialization in Banking and Finance.

Education:  Carlos holds both an Executive Master in Human Resources and Executive MBA from IE Business School, as well as an undergraduate degree in Journalism from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid.

Before IE: Alexis has  spent  a decade  working  with  students  at  various  levels  of  their  careers.  Prior  to  completing  her  International  MBA  she  owned  her  own  company  dedicated  to international  students  in  the  United  States.

Education: Alexis  holds an International  MBA  from  IE Business School, as well as an undergraduate degree  in  International  Business  from  California  State  University,  Northridge (USA).

Before IE: Magali worked as Program Manager for a leading European Business School, and then spent several years in the field of Search and Selection in diverse international markets, prior to joining IE.

Education: Magali holds a master in International Business from ESC Rennes School of Business (France), as well as a Post-Graduate Diploma in International Business from Open University (UK).

Before IE: Gabriela has developed her professional career in Human Resources, in the areas of selection, training and development, with a specialization in retail and fashion.

Education: Gabriela holds both an MBA and Executive Master in Human Resources from IE Business School, as well as an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Pedagogy from the Universidad Pontificia de Salamanca.  Gabriela is also a Certified Executive Coach by ICF Internacional.  

Before IE: Alessia spent twelve years at the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development in the Infrastructure and Energy Teams in London, where she executed numerous debt and equity transactions. She has developed and implemented both private and state sector projects. Prior to joining EBRD, Alessia held posts with Merrill Lynch in corporate finance, and with Repsol S.A. Alessia has covered transactions in Western Europe and in most Eastern European countries.

Education: Alessia holds an Executive MBA from IE Business School and a master’s degree in Economics and Management of Energy and the Environment from the Scuola Superiore Enrico Mattei at ENI in Milan. Alessia also holds a bachelor’s degree in European Business Administration from the Universidad Pontificia Comillas, ICADE, Madrid. She is fluent in Spanish, Italian, English and French.
