      OFFICIAL DEGREE

      Students must fulfill the following requirements to be able to request the issuance of the Official University Degree upon completion of the Master Program. If educational prerequisites are not provided and/or if the requirements are not met on time, the student will not be able to request the official university degree as issued by the Spanish government. In this case, the studies will not be official under Spanish educational regulations.

You will have several touchpoints with a career coach throughout the MBA, defining your personal and professional goals and outlining strategies to achieve them.

      Through mock interviews, one-on-one sessions and CV evaluations, your coach will assess your profile to identify strengths and weaknesses across your soft and hard skills. Through these personalized interactions, our Careers Team will help you set short-term and long-term goals, learn more about your motivations and abilities, and help you lay the building blocks of your future.

      Global Immersion Week

      FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

      • The program runs over three terms (plus a pre-program), available in blended or fully online formats. It includes core courses, residencies, and a final project. You can complete it in 18 or 24 months, depending on your schedule.

      • Pre-program: Basics of accounting and economics

        Term 1: Strategy, marketing, finance, leadership

        Term 2: Digital transformation, entrepreneurship, operations

        Term 3: Electives or specialization (e.g., Marketing, FinTech), final project

      • Yes. In the third term, you can either follow a specialization track or choose from electives like AI, venture capital, data analytics, leadership, and more.

      • The Global Immersion Week is an optional face-to-face week where Global Online MBA participants travel to different international destinations to meet other Blended MBA cohorts. There, you will gain a working knowledge of local business practices through lectures and panel discussions from world-class professionals. Previous Global Immersion Week destinations include: San Francisco, São Paulo, Singapore, Miami, Shanghai and Mumbai.

      • Yes. The curriculum evolves with current trends like AI, sustainability, digital innovation, and entrepreneurship. Electives are reviewed yearly to stay relevant.
