The IE Values define our outlooks—and we channel them into creating individual impact. At Alumni Relations, our goal is to foster meaningful relationships within the IE University community. We want everyone who passes through our doors to benefit from this engine of unlimited potential that’s driving change across the globe. This is who we are.

NETWORKING
After leaving our programs, our 66,000+ IE University alumni go on to enjoy enhanced networking opportunities where they forge real, lasting connections that drive their personal and professional growth. There are four main avenues of connection for our alumni: clubs, events, social media and our alumni directory.
In total, we have over 80 alumni clubs worldwide, which bring together a diverse mix of top professionals. Members of these clubs regularly take part in our 300+ alumni events around the world, such as the Talent Forum or the Global Alumni Weekend, which has hosted over 1,000 professionals in previous years. Combined with our active social media and resource-rich alumni directory, the entire IE University alumni network is a dynamic and lively space for global connection.

ALUMNI DIRECTORY
Global Alumni Weekend is the largest event of the IE Alumni Community.
This year we will host the Global Alumni Weekend 2021 online! This is our first ever Virtual Edition!
We invite all IE alumni and students to participate in this FREE online event which will be streamed worldwide and with more than 30 class reunion celebrations (check below if your class will be celebrating in this year's event). Don't miss out on this opportunity to reconnect, learn and network with the IE community!
During the GAW, we always love to celebrate milestone anniversaries for our amazing alumni. This year, reunions bring together alumni from programs that graduated in 2001, 2006, 2011, 2016, 2018 and 2020. Make sure to check if your class has been included.
We want all alumni to participate, so whether you are celebrating a class reunion or not, you are more than welcome to attend.
ALUMNI CLUBS
With over 80 Alumni Clubs worldwide the IE Alumni Clubs Network is one of the most international and diverse networks in the World. Alumni clubs are a wonderful way to continue your contact with IE, network with interesting professionals, seek new business opportunities, or just catch up with old friends. Each club is led and coordinated by alumni club leaders who will form your contact with the club and be delighted to help with any queries you may have regarding collaborations or participation in events.
ALUMNI DIRECTORY
The alumni directory is the main alumni database where you can search other alumni by industry, area or country. You can be a collaborator as well. We tremendously value and appreciate your contribution to helping us build a strong IE Community. There is a tab “collaboration” where you will be able to choose your preferences

Our alumni continue to benefit from our incredible Talent & Careers department long after graduation. Whether entering the world of work, shifting career paths or progressing on their current one, we offer a number of resources and careers services to help our alumni achieve their goals.
As a member of our community, you will also gain access to our Careers Portal, where over 7,000 job offers are posted each year alongside other related resources. What’s more, you can provide or receive individualized support by logging into our Mentoring Platform, where our community shares top professional knowledge. For Alumni Plus members, you can also benefit from careers-related webinars, workshops and personalized advice sessions to boost your career trajectory.
