Catenon-IE Business School sign agreement to offer international job opportunities to IE student
Spanish multinational Catenon, a technology-based company dedicated to global searches for talent, has signed an agreement with IE Business School to provide its students and alumni with international job offers across the globe.
The alliance will help streamline students' and alumni's job searches. As from September a micro-site within IE Careers Department's website will enable students to send their candidatures for available positions directly to the company.
Catenon is the first international talent search firm to sign this type of agreement with IE, and is designed to streamline the students' and alumni's job search in all the countries where it operates: Germany, Andorra, Argentina, Australia, Brazil, Cameroon, Canada, Chile, China, Colombia, Costa Rica, Czech Republic, Ecuador, Egypt, El Salvador, UAE, USA, France, Georgia, Equatorial Guinea, Greece, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Hungary, India, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, The Netherlands, Morocco, Nicaragua, Panama, Peru, Poland, Portugal, UK, Dominican Republic, Russia, Santo Domingo, Denmark, Singapore, South Africa, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey and Venezuela.
Cristina Villanova, Director of Marketing and Communication at Catenon explained that in an international environment, the global management of talent is a major concern of any multinational. "It is the area where large companies worldwide have the greatest difficulties in finding the right professionals."
William Dávila, Director of International Development in the Asia-Pacific region at IE Business School believes that this type of Alliance is key in the new global talent search scenario. "It is absolutely necessary to create a multicultural environment where candidates have the kind of international profiles that have a marked impact on the learning process: new tools and content are a must."
