The Master in Management is an Official University Degree. Students must fulfill the following requirements to be able to request the issuance of the Official University upon completion of the Master Program.

The Master in Management + Master in Finance Dual Degree is a powerful combination of two internationally top-ranked postgraduate programs; it combines the rigorous training in the art of general management and the highly diverse student-body provided by the Master in Management program, ranked 5th worldwide by the Financial Times, with the up-to-the-minute financial knowledge as well as faculty of 93% leading practitioners provided by the MIF, ranked 3rd worldwide by the Financial Times and first CFA and CAIA Program Partner in Spain.
Students receive both degrees and start the Core of their Master in Management program in February before completing the dual degree with the entire Master in Finance; both programs take place on IE´s campus in Madrid.
The Master in Management covers all the core fields of business such as entrepreneurship, strategy and marketing, whereas the Master in Finance looks at cutting edge fields such as corporate social investment, securitization, leveraged buyouts, behavioral finance and Islamic finance.
There are some overlapping courses in the Master in Management and the Master in Finance; students will be exempt from taking these courses again during the Master in Finance program. However, students also have the option of retaking these courses if they wish to improve their grades
