Born in Spain, José Manuel graduated in Bournemouth University with an HND in Business Studies, and in the Harvard Business School with The General Manager Program.

He started his carrier with Deloitte as an Auditor & Tax Consultant and later joined AT&T where he stayed for 15 years, including two spin offs into Lucent Technologies & Agere Systems. During this time José was part of the AT&T Leadership Potential Pool and gained international experience with an assignment for four years in Corporate Office in the USA.

Later José started his General Management experience in the Distribution of Pharmaceutical Products, Express Transportation and later the Recreational Yacht Industry. Currently José is General Manager in Correos Nexea at Grupo Correos and also a Professor in Strategy Management and Management Tools & Principles in IE University.
