Melis Yucel
About me
After a degree in English Literature at University of Exeter, Melis has pursued Masters in International Management with Marketing. She has been at IE Business School since 2017, where she has received a Masters degree in Research Methodology. She is specifically interested in human resource management.
Her current research focus is on how the careers of executives have evolved between 1980 and 2011. Another stream of her research focuses on executive selection and how the characteristics of the executives impact firm level decisions.
