Empowering.

IN WHAT WAYS DO YOU THINK THE PROGRAM HAS CHANGED YOUR LIFE PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY?

Professionally, I learned how to analyze data and make strategic decisions, which led to my recognition on the Dean’s List for academic excellence. Personally, I have become better at adapting and communicating with people from diverse backgrounds. This growth has significantly impacted how I approach both work and personal relationships.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE?

My favorite memory was working on our final project for the WoW Concept Store in Madrid. We developed an omnichannel strategy and presented it directly to their team. The experience provided important learnings in consulting and team collaboration.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO STUDY THIS PROGRAM AT IE?

After completing a Bachelor's in Business Administration at IE University, I wanted to deepen my knowledge of the digital landscape. This Master’s program at IE Business School provided hands-on experience with digital tools for creating seamless consumer experiences across online and offline channels, aligning perfectly with my career goals.

WHAT WERE SOME OF THE MAIN CHALLENGES THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED ON YOUR WAY? HOW DID YOUR MASTER PROGRAM AND IE HELP YOU THROUGH THESE CHALLENGES?

The main challenge was using new digital tools, especially for data analysis. I had limited experience with these tools before the program, but the strong curriculum and supportive professors helped me quickly get up to speed. I now approach challenges with a more data-driven and analytical mindset, an essential skill in my current role.

WHAT IS NETWORKING LIKE IN THE PROGRAM?

Networking at IE is truly immersive and impactful. Throughout the program, I had the unique opportunity to connect with classmates from different backgrounds, each bringing diverse perspectives and experiences. Professors and faculty members constantly shared valuable industry insights fostering a collaborative learning space through events like career fairs to expand our professional networks.
