Eye-opening.

IN WHAT WAYS DO YOU THINK PROGRAM HAS CHANGED YOUR LIFE PROFESSIONALLY AND PERSONALLY?

Professionally the program has provided me with practical experience-based learnings and proven approaches to handle challenges and reach new levels. Basically, helped me become a more informed and influential leader. Along with opening many networking opportunities with international professors and colleagues. 

Personally, it helped me enhance my mindset of agility and resilience. In addition to greater understanding of my professional aspirations and personal goals.

WHAT HAS BEEN YOUR FAVORITE MEMORY OF YOUR EXPERIENCE?

The capstone project final presentation.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE TO STUDY THIS PROGRAM AT IE?

I was looking for a unique program that focuses on practical experiences.

WHAT WERE SOME OF THE MAIN CHALLENGES THAT YOU ENCOUNTERED ON YOUR WAY? HOW DID YOUR MASTER PROGRAM AND IE HELP YOU THROUGH THESE CHALLENGES?

It was more about getting exposed to ideas, projects and use cases from different geographies along with further developing strategic leadership and change management skills in addition to networking.

HOW HAVE YOU APPLIED WHAT YOU LEARNT IN CLASS IN YOUR DAY-TO-DAY WORK?

The framework and tools have helped me adopt a more strategic approach to problem-solving and aligning initiatives with organizational goals.

Also implemented change management strategies to guide my team through transitions easily ensuring buy-in.

WHAT IS NETWORKING LIKE?

It has been vibrant and multifaceted including diverse cohort from various industries and geographies, Collaborative learning with group projects and activities, trips and companies’ visits, alumni network. Networking has been designed to facilitate meaningful connections and promote a helpful professional community extending beyond the classes.

HOW WAS THE EXPERIENCE OF DOING THE MASTER IN A FORMAT THAT ALLOWS YOU TO CONTINUE WORKING WHILE STUDYING?

It has been beneficial by enabling me to immediately apply the concepts in my professional role making them more relevant. In addition to flexibility to managing more work and study responsibilities. Also, networking with classmates who are professional in their fields enriches discussions with practical insights.

WHAT ADVICE WOULD YOU GIVE TO STUDENTS WHO ARE ABOUT TO BEGIN THE PROGRAM?

I would advise them to be prepared with commitment and resilience as the program is time consuming, no weekends.
