We offer our graduates a “lifetime subscription” to our resources, market expertise and career advice.
Whether you’re a student eager to succeed with your career goals or a company searching for the best talent, we’re here to support you on your journey.
IE Talent & Careers is responsible for the design and organization of all career-related content. The overriding aim of our workshops and sessions is to give students insights and knowledge so they can position themselves in the competitive job market. Additionally, the department provides exclusive access to top online career resources, platforms and tools via the IE Career Portal.
The career advice team provides guidance to help students define a career strategy and realize their professional aspirations. Students can request individual career advice sessions for general questions such as CV writing or career path orientation, as well as attend sector-specific advice drop-in sessions.
The department is committed to boosting the visibility of IE students and alumni at the same time as providing recruiters access to the IE talent that best fits their hiring needs. The team covers the employer universe by sectors and regions and works proactively with top recruiters to source exclusive job opportunities that are published on the job board of the IE Career Portal. Additionally, company presentations, networking events and sector-specific talent forums are held throughout the year, giving students the opportunity to meet with recruiters directly.

Sustainable mushroom maker start-up Mamu won Best Venture Lab Project at the December graduation, capping a stellar launch year that saw the IE Business School team reap accolades for its principles of circular economy.
Formed by International MBA students Margarita Limcaoco, Antoine Lamarche, Alex French and Vince Lee Monrroy, the company collects spent grain (used barley) from breweries and recycles it as raw material to produce fresh mushrooms.
The foursome’s award at the graduation ceremony in December came on the heels of winning both First Place and Best MBA Team at IE Venture Day in November, First Place at the Entrepreneurial Summit Pitch Competition that same month, and placing as a Finalist at IE Startup Lab in June.
