YOUR STORY HAS ONLY JUST BEGUN!
We offer our graduates a “lifetime subscription” to our resources, market expertise and career advice.
Whether you’re a student eager to succeed with your career goals or a company searching for the best talent, we’re here to support you on your journey.
IE Talent & Careers is responsible for the design and organization of all career-related content. The overriding aim of our workshops and sessions is to give students insights and knowledge so they can position themselves in the competitive job market. Additionally, the department provides exclusive access to top online career resources, platforms and tools via the IE Career Portal.
The career advice team provides guidance to help students define a career strategy and realize their professional aspirations. Students can request individual career advice sessions for general questions such as CV writing or career path orientation, as well as attend sector-specific advice drop-in sessions.
The department is committed to boosting the visibility of IE students and alumni at the same time as providing recruiters access to the IE talent that best fits their hiring needs. The team covers the employer universe by sectors and regions and works proactively with top recruiters to source exclusive job opportunities that are published on the job board of the IE Career Portal. Additionally, company presentations, networking events and sector-specific talent forums are held throughout the year, giving students the opportunity to meet with recruiters directly.

Students Build a Roof-top Garden at Elderly Home
IE Business School works with Splash Projects to give back to the community.
Hundreds of IE Business School students constructed a roof-top garden for elderly residents at the Hospital Care Center Laguna in collaboration with Splash Projects, giving the students the opportunity to become socially involved.
Working in 13 separate groups, all 250 Master in Management students participated in the 7-day event, designed to merge a team-building exercise with an act of social responsibility.
According to Stephanie Villemagne, the Associate Dean of the Master in Management, the exercise helps teach students to create the future.
“Practice what you say, it’s not just about the brain work but it’s also about the hand work in what you can do in terms of creating goodwill in the community and in the program,” Villemagne said.
