IE University and The Estée Lauder Companies in Spain join forces to shape future leaders in luxury retail

Madrid, March 4, 2025 – The Estée Lauder Companies, Iberia and IE University join forces to equip future leaders with targeted skills and industry knowledge, empowering them to excel in the luxury retail industry and accelerate their professional careers. With this objective, Lee Newman, Dean of IE Business School, and Ines Drieselmann, Vice President for Global Alumni and Talent & Careers of IE University, signed the agreement today with Raquel García Manrique, General Manager of The Estée Lauder Companies in Iberia, at the IE Tower, IE University’s technological and sustainable campus in Madrid.

The agreement opens the door to students from IE Business School to participate in a Mentorship and Acceleration Program with Estée Lauder management. Additionally, both institutions will collaborate on academic and experiential learning projects, providing students with hands-on industry experience. The strategic partnership also includes campus engagement activities in collaboration with IE University’s Luxury Business and Fashion Clubs, as well as thought leadership seminars led by IE University faculty.

IE University and The Estée Lauder Companies Iberia will also enhance their collaboration in talent development, launching a Young Corporate Program for IE undergraduate students and expanding opportunities for IE University students and alumni within The Estée Lauder Companies’ professional ecosystem.
