The latest edition of the QS Executive MBA Rankings ranks two of IE Business School’s Executive MBA programs amongst nearly 200 EMBA programs around the world. The joint program with Brown University, the IE Brown Executive MBA, ranks 7th globally and the Global Executive MBA took the 13th spot globally. For its Executive MBA Rankings 2022, QS combined input from thought leaders in business and management with global employers and a series of indicators including thought leadership, diversity of student body, the executive profile of the class, and career outcomes of the program.

The IE Brown Executive MBA is a unique 15-month program that blends innovative management curriculum with the humanities and social sciences. Designed to equip leaders with a broad vision and an ability to innovate in complex and evolving business climates, the program blends interactive online learning with in-person sessions to bring a diversity of perspectives into the learning experience. Residential sessions take place on the campuses of IE University in Madrid, Spain and Brown University in Providence, Rhode Island, United States, and in Cape Town, South Africa. This year’s QS Executive MBA rankings placed the IE Brown EMBA once again in the top position in the Diversity category, considering both gender and nationalities, as well as 1st in the Executive Profile category, which focuses on years of work experience and position.

IE Business School’s Global Executive MBA program is also a 15-month EMBA program that, like the IE Brown Executive MBA, blends online learning with intense residential periods. It provides participants with the opportunity to gain a global understanding of different cultures, team dynamics, and business practices and focuses specifically on business innovation, global business, and global leadership to help executives not only navigate the C-suite but also the challenges of globalization and digital transformation. The QS ranking placed the Global Executive MBA as 3rd in Europe and 6th globally for the Executive Profile category.
