Bold and creative innovators

In the digital world, being a leader means more than just managing people and hitting deadlines. They must be bold risk-takers who are creative in their vision and thinking.

You embrace technology and know how to best leverage it to serve your company. You also strive to be ahead of current thinking and trends while being connected to relevant networks.

 Leaders ready to embrace diversity

Working towards a Global Executive MBA means that having a solid understanding and appreciation of new cultures, while actively seeking employees from different backgrounds is key to succeeding in global markets.

Meet our partners

The Global Executive MBA would not be complete without a chance to study on a truly global platform. IE Business School has developed an in-person residential experience that puts you on the world stage and gets you ready for the next big step in your career. In each location, you will gain first-hand regional insights spanning three continents – a unique experience that will set you apart from your peers.

University of Oxford

Students will get hands-on exposure to these topics and discuss with academic leaders and business executives in that area. Additionally, as part of the global curriculum, this residential – in collaboration with the IE Center for the Governance of Change – will focus on strategic global foresight topics relevant to global executives.

Singapore Management University

The Singapore Management University residential provides a regional perspective and insights from Asia. As Singapore is recognized as a regional and global hub, students will be immersed in strategic insights into financial services trends and HealthTech innovation. You will be able to leverage the first-hand experience of companies and executives, along with the chance to draw on the experiences of former IE Business School alumni.

University of California, Los Angeles

The University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) stands out for being a center of innovation and technology, so of course the residential period reflects this. You will experience a US regional perspective and insights into how technology has affected all industries. You will also meet with local companies, executives, and thought leaders who will offer first-hand experience. You will have the additional advantage of networking with our local community of IE executive alumni.

THE NEXT BEST YOU

As well as developing your skills to be ready for the boardroom, the Global Executive MBA will help you become the next best you. This is a core element of the Global Executive MBA that will set you apart from your future C-Suite colleagues. At IE Business School, your education is more than learning data and facts. Soft skills are key to transforming not only your career but your impact and purpose: a true leader of people who will bring value to your workplace – wherever in the world that may be.

YOUR CAREER

The first step to transforming your life is to make the decision to do so. That is the first step – the next step is to achieve it. We will assist you on your way to greatness by helping you understand your business objectives while taking into account your strengths and ambitions. By tailoring a unique career development plan specific to you and your objectives, you will soon be on track to realizing your career aspirations.

YOUR IMPACT

You may have a broad skill set that could transform the C-Suite – but you don’t know exactly how to use it. Making things happen is vital in the world of business and will set you apart from others in the boardroom. Impact is not measured solely by visible results, but also by the way you behave – such as how you think, work in a team, adapt to different situations, and embrace new technologies. We will equip you with these skills and take you to the next level in the C-Suite.

YOUR PURPOSE

With great power comes responsibility and in business, social issues such as the climate crisis and inequality are high on the agenda. This relies on having both knowledge and a passion for wanting to do better in the world – and for the world – while bringing a sense of purpose to your work. But you cannot do it alone. Collaboration and the exchange of ideas are key to growing your professional network and forming long-lasting relationships with colleagues around the world. We will help you build on these skills so that you can lead change in both the business world and the real world.

OFFICIAL DEGREE

Students must meet the following conditions and requirements to be officially enrolled and entitled to request the official university degree upon completion of the master program. If educational prerequisites are not provided and/or if the requirements are not met on time, the student will not be able to request the official university degree as issued by the Spanish government. In this case, the studies will not be official under Spanish educational regulations.
