Fernando Bautista is a member of the Madrid Bar Association. He has been a partner at J & A Garrigues, Arthur Andersen Worldwide and Freshfields, Bruckhaus Deringer. He is regularly named by the leading international legal directories as a leading figure amongst Spanish lawyers in the fields of finance, banking, capital markets and restructuring. He has lectured at ICADE and at the Madrid Bar Association. He has also published various articles on financial restructuring and other corporate finance matters and has sat on expert committees at the Spanish Securities Market Commission. Member of the Board or Advisory Board of several organisations (Abante, Unience, Step One) and manager of a livestock farm in Salamanca.
