How to apply for admission
The various stages of our admission process are aimed at identifying those areas of your academic and personal profile that make you unique, and to make sure that you fit in with our educational model. The objective of our admission process is to obtain detailed information about you, enabling us to make a decision about your suitability as a potential IE University student.
The Admissions Department is always on hand to help you with any queries you may have during the process.
At IE University, we don’t have a specific deadline for admission onto any of our undergraduate programs. We have a rolling admissions policy which means that you can apply to IE University at any time of the year.
In this section, you will find a detailed description of how to apply to IE University, depending on whether you are a first-year student starting university, a student transferring from another university, or a visiting or exchange student. Go to the section that matches your profile, and do not hesitate to contact the Admissions Department, if you have any queries.
The following tips on how to apply are also useful for the entire process:
1) You need to make sure your contact details (telephone number and e-mail address) are up to date throughout the process.
2) Places on our undergraduate programs are limited and are awarded on a first come, first served basis, by strict order of reservation. Our programs are usually full several months before the academic year starts. We advise you to start the admission process several months in advance, as places are limited and the process of having your studies officially recognized, and if necessary, applying for visas, can take time.
3) If you are thinking of attending one of IE University’s insight sessions, you can also take the opportunity to pay the admission fee, as well as submit original documents so that official copies can be made, or take our admission test.
4) If you have any queries, don’t hesitate to contact us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org by phone on + 34 921 412 428 or +34 915 689 620. If you would like us to explain personally how the application and admission processes work, don’t hesitate to call us.
For more details, go to the section that matches your profile: first-year student starting university, student transferring from another university, or visiting or exchange student.
