Araceli Sáenz de Navarrete

Araceli Sáenz de Navarrete Crespo is a Partner at EY Abogados and leads EY Spain's Tax & Law Financial Services practice. She has more than 26 years of experience advising on domestic and cross-border tax matters, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, restructurings, refinancing transactions, and investment structures for financial institutions, private equity funds, asset managers, insurance companies, and investment vehicles.

She holds a Law degree from the University of Salamanca and a Master's Degree in Business Law from IE Business School. Alongside her professional practice, she serves as a lecturer in Mergers and Acquisitions at IE Business School.

Araceli has consistently been recognized among Spain's leading tax lawyers by international legal directories including Chambers & Partners, International Tax Review, Best Lawyers, and Legal 500.
