In more than 30 years of professional career, Juan Ramírez has spent the last 15 years in the machine learning and business analytics space. As a data scientist and technical specialist in IBM Analytics Platform and Products and, previously SPSS, he has worked in many analytic and machine learning use cases for different industries, including Banking, Insurance, Telco, Retail, Industry and Public.

Previously he was Technology Partner at XXI Servicios Estratégicos, consulting company dedicated to Customer Processes and worked as Telecommunications Engineer in development projects for Telefónica Investigación y Desarrollo in the context of the Network Operations Centre System.
