About me

I’m currently based in Hamburg, where I’ve relocated to support the opening of Making Science’s new office in Germany. I work full-time as a Global Partnerships and Marketing & Communication Consultant. In this consulting role, I help bridge global partner strategies with local market needs. My responsibilities include managing AdTech and data partnerships, leading marketing and communications initiatives for the German market, and supporting collaboration between Making Science and the agency Pilot. I graduated from IE University in July 2024 with a Bachelor in Behavioral and Social Sciences, and I’m passionate about combining behavioral insight with digital innovation.

How did the Bachelor in Behavioral and Social Sciences help you get to where you are now?

The program was key in preparing me for a consulting role that requires both strategic thinking and people-centric insight. It helped me understand how to analyze human behavior in a business context, which is essential when advising partners and internal teams across different markets.

What types of projects do you work on?

As a consultant, I work on global partnership management and provide strategic support across Making Science's network, ensuring Google tools certifications and performance standards. I also dedicate 50% of my time to marketing and communications for the German market, where I help shape localized messaging and outreach. In addition, I support the integration between Making Science and Pilot for joint pitches and client opportunities in Germany.

What have you learned during the program that has been especially useful in your job?

IE’s training in data interpretation and human-centered research gave me a strong foundation for advising clients and colleagues alike. Whether it's optimizing communication strategies or understanding partner needs, the blend of behavioral science and real-world application has been incredibly useful in my consulting work.

What skills learned during the Bachelor in Behavioral and Social Sciences are important working as a consultant?

Strong analytical skills, empathy, and communication are key. My studies taught me how to navigate complexity, connect data to behavior, and present actionable recommendations—all essential in consulting, especially when working with both tech partners and internal marketing teams.
