IE University brings together over 120 international recruiters at the IE Spring Careers Forum 2024

IE University hosts Spring Careers Forum 2024
IE University was recently ranked 18th in the Times Higher Education 2023 Global Employability University Ranking.

IE University has this week gathered more than 120 recruiters from all over the world at the IE Spring Careers Forum, an annual event hosted by the academic institution to help international firms to recruit talent while also enabling its students and alumni from 185 countries to achieve their career goals.

The event, organized by the IE Talent & Careers team at IE Tower, IE University’s new site in Madrid, was attended by Bachelor and Master’s students currently enrolled on programs at IE Business School, IE School of Science and Technology, IE School of Politics, Economics, and Global Affairs, IE Law School and IE School of Architecture and Design together with the institution’s alumni who hold positions of responsibility around the world.

IE University was 18th in the Times Higher Education 2023 Global Employability University Ranking which is based on the views of international recruiters about graduates from 250 universities around the world. The results show that employers are increasingly seeking graduates with leadership ability, strong teamwork skills, and a socially engaged mindset who can transform the organization. This is the sixth year in a row that IE University has ranked in the world’s top 25 universities for employability.
