Antonio Delgado is Ingeniero Superior de Informatica by Universidad de Las Palmas de Gran Canaria (Spain). Being from Tenerife (Canary Islands – Spain), he started working at Instituto Tecnológico de Canarias managing the internal IT and ISP (Internet Service Provider). He joined later Telefonica Sistemas to support and lead the migration of Canary Islands government infrastructure to a standard architecture based in Sun Microsystems technology. In 2001 he moved to Madrid to join a new voice technology-based startup where he held the role of Systems Director, operating 24×7 infrastructure for telecoms. In 2009, Antonio joined BuyVIP, which was acquired by Amazon on 2010.  He was responsible of the IT and production besides being responsible of the integration of the company within Amazon. In 2012, responsible of the integrations of new subsidiaries acquired by Amazon across EMEA. In 2014, Antonio moved to AWS (Amazon Web Services) as a Solutions Architect, until 2019 where he moved to Google, as an Enterprise Architect for Google Cloud.

Antonio is a seasoned goal-orientated professional with experience working with complex international organizations. He has excellent technical, communication and organizational skills. Customer-focused and trusted advisor. He is passionate about technology and the impact on society.
