Cristina Romero de Alba
Cristina Romero de Alba is a partner at LOYRA Abogados y Asesores since April 2011. She leads the international practice area of Loyra and is charged with overseeing the firm’s relationships with funds, listed companies, investor base and banks.
Cristina has worked for two years at Credit Suisse Securities in London as a financial analyst in the M&A department of the Investment Banking Division. From 2006 to 2011 she worked at Clifford Chance as senior associate in the capital markets department, where she worked in cooperation with the London, New York and Madrid offices covering derivatives, securitized and structured products and equity and debt capital markets.
Cristina has acted as speaker on several gaming conferences like IAGA, G2E, IMGL and Igamingsummit.

She has also written the chapter on ""Infringements and Sanctions in the New Gaming Law"" published by La Ley (Wolters Kluver) in Spain as part of the book ""The New Gaming Law 13/2011”.
