David López Pombo

David López Pombo joined Uría Menéndez in 2006 and became a partner in 2017.

He has more than 15 years of experience and focuses his practice on corporate taxation, international tax matters and taxation of the issuance of equity and debt instruments. He has extensive experience in the tax planning of company restructurings and business combinations, both domestic and international. He also frequently advises on tax litigation, including tax investigations and tax disputes.

David is in charge of the tax area of Uría Menéndez’s Digital Law Group and frequently advises on the tax aspects of the digitalization of activities and transactions for both domestic and international groups.
