Enrique Moreno de la Santa García

Enrique is currently the General Secretary of Credit Suisse, where he manages the legal department and the compliance unit. Before joining the bank, he worked for Bankinter and for the law firm Ramón y Cajal Abogados. He has founded the Spanish Asociation of Compliance (ASCOM). Enrique is particularly experienced in banking contracts and financial markets.
