Gema Gomez de Pablo

Gema Gómez is a strategic consultant, educator and speaker specializing in sustainable fashion, circular economy and the transformation of the textile sector. She is the Founder and Executive Director of Slow Fashion Next, a professional ecosystem supporting companies, institutions and professionals in the transition toward sustainable and circular business models.With more than fourteen years of experience working with SMEs, public administrations and academic institutions, she helps organizations navigate sustainability challenges, European regulation and new models aligned with circular economy and responsible production.She teaches sustainability, circular economy and responsible luxury in several universities and business schools in Spain. She is also Vice President of AMES (Asociación Moda España Sostenible) and a Founding Academic Member of the Spanish Fashion Academy. She is the author of Fashionista y Slow and the forthcoming book Shopping Detox (Planeta, 2026), which explores conscious consumption and the transformation of our relationship with fashion and purchasing.
