Howard Pierce is a founding partner of Urban Input, a real estate asset manager and developer based in Barcelona and operating throughout Spain. Urban Input currently manages assets of €680m value, focused in three principal areas of activity: Office and Income Producing Assets, Residential Development, and Land Management. Residential Development activity is carried out through the brand Uniq Residential.
Howard is responsible for the Office and Income Producing Assets, carrying out projects from ground-up development, refurbishments and active management. Urban Input delivered Barcelona’s first LEED Gold office building in 2013, and in July 2018 the city’s first LEED Platinum offices, fully let to Hewlett Packard.
Prior to setting up Urban Input, Howard was Investment Department Director in the Barcelona office of Aguirre Newman. Before moving to Spain, he has worked at Drivers Jonas and DE & J Levy in the UK focused on valuations and office agency.
Howard is a member of the RICS since 1996 and is currently on the European Education Standards Board, as well as a LAT, responsible for training the final assessment panels in the Membership Assessment process. He has a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management from Reading University.
