Comparative Private and Business Law

Professor Leon Anidjar is an Assistant Professor in Business Law at IE University. He has completed his doctoral studies in law at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem. Currently, he is completing another doctoral degree at the Strategic Management & Entrepreneurship department at the Rotterdam School of Management of Erasmus University in the Netherlands. He previously held a fellowship position at the Center for Advanced Studies on the Foundations of Law and Finance, Goethe University in Frankfurt am Main. His main research fields are comparative corporate governance, financial regulation, private law and empirical analysis of law. His scholarly outputs were published in prominent law journals in the United States, Europe and Israel, such as Legal Studies, Stanford Law and Policy Review, Southern California Interdisciplinary Law, Brooklyn Journal of International Law, American Journal of Comparative Law, Journal of Comparative Law, Global Jurist and Hebrew University Law Journal.
