May Truong

May Truong is a Full-time Assistant Professor in Information Systems at IE University. She holds a Ph.D. in Information Systems from Erasmus University Rotterdam. She obtained her Master of Science in Operational Research from the University of Edinburgh.

Her research focuses on digital markets, market designs, the economic impact of information technology, and multi-channel systems. She has presented her works and won multiple awards and nominations at different prestigious Information Systems Conferences such as the International Conference on Information Systems (ICIS), the European Conference on Information Systems (ECIS), the Conference on Information Systems and Technology (CIST), and the Workshop on Information Technologies and Systems (WITS). Her thesis project is the winner of the AIS Impact Award at ICIS 2020.
