Nir Hindie

Nir Hindie is an entrepreneur, educator, and international speaker advocating for Business Artistry - a mindset that positions artistic thinking as a strategic asset in leadership, innovation, and entrepreneurship. His work invites students and professionals to reimagine business as a medium for creating human value, not only a system to optimize.

He is the founder of The Artian, a creative leadership development atelier that helps organizations unlock the creative potential of their next generation of leaders. Drawing on years of entrepreneurial experience and interdisciplinary research, Nir supports companies in cultivating innovation capabilities and building environments where creativity can thrive.

At IE Business School and IE University, Nir is a professor of entrepreneurship and creative leadership, where he helps students integrate artistic thinking into business practice. Recognized internationally for his expertise, he also mentors at Harvard University and MIT—supporting programs such as the Lemann Program on Creativity and Entrepreneurship and the MIT Arts Incubator. Beyond academia, he works with founders on storytelling and investment readiness through organizations including Harvard Innovation Labs, Endeavor, and Startupbootcamp.

Nir previously served as one of Cotec’s 100 Experts for Innovation in Spain, an initiative chaired by the Spanish King, and is a current member of the Cultural Leaders Network at the World Economic Forum.

He is the author of Renaissance of Renaissance Thinking: A New Paradigm in Management (published in Japan), and host of the podcast Business Artistry, which explores how creativity shapes leadership, culture, and the future of business.
