Paul Moran Sheehan

Dr. Paul Moran Sheehan studied at Trinity College (Dublin) and holds a Ph.D. from El Real Instituto de Estudios Europeos of the University CEU San Pablo, Madrid, Spain. Paul worked at Salomon Brothers in London, Europartner in Paris, the European Commission in Brussels. Paul was the managing director of Syracuse University in Madrid from 2005 to 2011. Paul is a Professor in the Economics Department of Saint Louis University, and he has worked as an economic consultant in both the public and private sectors. Paul has a special interest in both Rugby and European history. He speaks English, Spanish, French and Italian.
