Online Assessment and Personal Interview
Online Assessment and Personal Interview
After completing the previous steps of the admissions process, you’ll be invited to complete an Online Assessment. This dynamic evaluation allows the Admissions Committee to learn more about your personality, communication skills, and motivation through short written and video responses. It’s your chance to show your potential beyond academics and let us see who you truly are.
In some cases, the Admissions Committee may also invite you to a Personal Interview to gain further insights before making a final decision. This conversation enables us to better understand your critical thinking, self-expression, and overall fit with IE University.
Being invited—or not—to an interview is neither positive nor negative; it simply depends on what the Committee needs to complete its holistic review. Our goal is to get to know the person behind the application and identify candidates who will contribute to and thrive within our diverse and collaborative community.
