Madrid, 17 November 2025. Poets & Quants has released its annual ranking of the World’s Best MBA Programs for Entrepreneurship, and this year IE Business School has secured the #3 position globally, reinforcing its reputation as one of the foremost institutions for aspiring founders, innovators, and entrepreneurial thinkers.

Entrepreneurship is one of the fundamental pillars of IE University and is embedded in the academic experience. All IE University students develop business plans and receive training in entrepreneurship throughout their programs, regardless of their area of specialization. As a result, 30% of IE University graduates become entrepreneurs at some point in their professional careers, a figure that reflects the innovative spirit of the IE Community.

"At IE University, innovation and entrepreneurship is something we practice every day, not just ideas we teach," said Juan José Güemes, Vice President of IE University and Chairman of the IE Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center. "Entrepreneurship has been part of our DNA since the university’s founding, and being ranked among the top three schools in the world by Poets & Quants underscores the strength of our international ecosystem. The entrepreneurial mindset of our students, professors, researchers, staff members, and alumni from across more than 180 countries – and the support they receive through mentorship, coaching, and global investor networks – continues to generate impact that transforms industries and communities around the world."

IE University offers a comprehensive suite of resources to help students develop and scale their ventures. The IE Entrepreneurship & Innovation Center connects students with mentors, investors, and a worldwide community of entrepreneurs. Area 31, IE Business School’s in-house incubator, provides a collaborative workspace for startups at every stage of development – giving founders access to real-world insights, expert guidance, and a thriving environment where ideas can grow into global businesses. And, this year, more than 1,000 IE University students are participating in IE Business School’s startup accelerator, the Venture Lab, which guides them through the process of shaping early-stage ideas into viable, scalable business proposals and gives them direct exposure to key figures in the business ecosystem.
