IE Library – Update on COMPUSTAT in 2011

We inform you about the latest updates on COMPUSTAT in 2011:

Compustat North America:

• New industry-specific data, both annual and quarterly history, covering 10 different industries.
• With access to the Compustat via Xpressfeed database in WRDS has been improved in the update frequency from quarterly to monthly as part of our standard subscription.
• Increased access to historical information on prices for 5 years to 25 years to about 1984.

Compustat Global:

• Increase the number of years of data offered in 12 years to 20 years.
• New information daily market price of 20.
• Significant Increases Compustat Global Population data and global financial
• With access to the database via Xpressfeed Compustat, WRDS has been improved in the update frequency from quarterly to monthly as part of our standard subscription.

You can access Compustat in portal Wharton through the library site  library.ie.edu, you will find a direct  access to WRDS in “Top Links” menu.
