IE University brings recruiters from 120 international companies together with students and graduates at the IE Spring Careers Forum 2026
This commitment to employability is also reflected in the international recognition of IE University, which ranks 17th in the world in the Times Higher Education Global Employability Ranking 2026.
IE University hosted some 120 global companies from around the world this week at the IE Spring Careers Forum 2026, a forum for the institution’s talent to fast-track their careers.
The event, organized by the IE Talent & Careers team at IE Tower, IE University's headquarters in Madrid, was attended by students and graduates of Bachelor's and Master's programs from IE Business School, IE School of Science and Technology, IE School of Politics, Economics and Global Affairs, IE Law School, IE School of Architecture & Design and IE School of Humanities.
Among the participating companies this year are leading multinationals such as Amazon, Huawei, Uber, Accenture, Deloitte, PwC, BBVA, Banco Santander, BNP Paribas, Mastercard, L'Oréal Groupe, LVMH, Primark, Carrefour, CEMEX, ACCIONA, Enagás, ENGIE and Moody's. The international recruiters responsible for these firms met at IE Tower with students from 160 countries to strengthen their network, share their expansion plans and plan their careers.

In 2025, the IE Talent & Careers team organized 80 career development events in which nearly 400 international companies participated. This commitment to employability is also reflected in the international recognition of IE University, which ranks 17th in the world in the Times Higher Education Global Employability Ranking 2026.
IE Business School has been recognized at the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2026 for its leadership in innovation. In this edition, the Job Matching Tool designed with AI by the Talent & Careers and Data Office teams, received the Best Innovation Strategy Award. This technological solution allows access to professional opportunities to be customized according to the career objectives of each graduate.
