IE University brings together 100 multinationals at the IE Careers Forum 2025

IE University is ranked 18th in the world in the Times Higher Education's Global Employability Ranking 2025

This week, IE University held the IE Careers Forum 2025, a conference on employability giving students and graduates the opportunity to connect with recruiters from 100 leading multinationals across a range of sectors with the aim of promoting their professional development at an international level.

Among the participating companies this year are Amazon, Bain & Company, LVMH, L'Oréal, Roche, PwC, EY, Salesforce, Celonis, Santander, BBVA, Intesa Sanpaolo, Bertelsmann and BMC. Throughout the event, representatives of these firms met at IE Tower with students and graduates of IE University's Bachelor's and Master's programs from 185 countries to strengthen their network, share their expansion plans and accelerate their career plan. The event was also attended by Iñigo Cavestany, entrepreneur, investor and IE professor, focused his speech on the role of AI training as a leadership driver.

IE University is ranked 18th in the world in the Times Higher Education's Global Employability Ranking 2025, which gauges the opinion of international recruiters on the profile of graduates from 250 universities. This recognition consolidates IE University among the 25 best universities in the world in employability for the seventh consecutive year, and reflects the institution's commitment to the training of executives with an international profile, with an innovative and entrepreneurial mindset, leadership capacity and social commitment.
