IE University brings together international experts at LGBT+ @Work 2025 to promote diversity as a driver of change and innovation
IE Out & Allies Club has been organizing this annual conference, the oldest in Europe, since 2006.
IE Tower this week hosted LGBT+@Work 2025, the oldest LGBTQ+ business conference in Europe, which celebrates its 19th edition this year. Organized by IE University and REDI. LGBTI, the event has brought together international experts from the business and institutional world under the slogan 'Pride Empowers'. This edition has included a program of conferences with leaders of the LGBTQ+ ecosystem, panels on empowerment, and analysis of best business practices with an impact on management.
"This year’s LGBT+@Work conference creates space for students, alumni, and professionals to come together. With this year’s theme, our vision is to honor those who’ve lit the path before us, and to claim our own power for those who will follow", said Caroline Westberg, president of the IE Out & Allies Club.
Among the speakers who have participated in this edition are Sharonne (winner of Drag Race Spain 2), David H. Dancer (D2 Marketing Strategies), Frank Uffen (Founder of LGBT+@Work), Maggie Lower (CMO Global, ABC Fitness), Daisy Reeves (BCLP), Javier Constante (Out & Equal), Suresh Raj (M+C Saatchi), Emily Fuller(Online Intelligence Consultants), Andrew Tindall (System1 / Outvertising), Xavier Vallés (Neture Impact, WPP), Diego Lázaro (Be Diverse), and Tyler Edge (trans activist and public sector professional in Washington D.C.).
