IE University celebrates 2020 Countdown Concert in the Auditorium of the Reina Sofia Museum

The event featured the performance by Judith Jáuregui and Samantha Vallejo Nagera´s catering.

IE University held the 2020 Countdown Concert event to celebrate what's new from 2020 in the Auditorium of the Reina Sofia Museum on Saturday, attended by more than 400 alumni, students and their families, teachers and staff from more than 30 countries.

The event was attended by Santiago Iñiguez de Onzoño, President of IE University, who used his welcome speech to outline the institution’s upcoming projects, starting in 2020. Key among them will be the "Learning Tower" under construction in Madrid, a technological and sustainable space that will become a hub for global talent and business opportunities In addition, IE has innovative proposals focused on technology and innovation, entrepreneurship, diversity management, while highlighting the importance in business education of the humanities.

The concert featured a magnificent performance by Judith Jáuregui, a pianist renowned for her personality, creativity and luminosity. Spanish chef Samantha Vallejo Nágera designed a cocktail dinner where the IE community, including top executives from the business world, met to consolidate their international network.
