IE University enhances global career opportunities through a new IE Career Portal powered by AI and data analytics

IE University has redesigned the IE Career Portal, using AI and data analysis to boost the career opportunities of its graduates around the world. The IE Career Portal centralizes access to job offers, specialized and individualized assessment, events and strategic career development resources in a digital environment.
As well as connecting the institution's students and graduates in 185 countries with professional development opportunities in companies around the world, the IE Career Portal facilitates interaction with recruiters, access to career advising and strategic analysis, benchmarks and sector trends. The new features incorporate resources and tracking tools that strengthen strategic, personalized and data-driven career management.
"This latest development in the IE Career Portal, further consolidates our connected and data-driven employability ecosystem, allowing us to offer each student and graduate a proposal aligned with the dynamics of the global market," explains Zayne Imam, Head of Talent & Careers at IE University.
In 2025, IE Talent & Careers organized 80 career development events attended by 400 companies and students from 160 countries, strengthening the connection between talent and companies on a global scale. This commitment to employability is also reflected in the international recognition of IE University, which ranks 17th in the world in the Times Higher Education Global Employability Ranking 2026.
IE Business School has also been recognized at the AMBA & BGA Excellence Awards 2026 for its leadership in innovation in AI and entrepreneurship. This year, the AI-powered Job Matching Tool (JMT), developed by the Talent & Careers and Data Office teams, was distinguished as a "Best Innovation Strategy" for its ability to personalize access to career opportunities through recommendations aligned with students’ individual goals.
