IE University Opens Academic Year with 4 New Bachelor's and Master's Programs in Technology, Design, and Political Science

IE University begins the 2025-2026 academic year with over 10,000 Bachelor's and Master's students from 160 countries. The institution is expanding its academic offerings this year with four new programs: Bachelor in Political Science, Dual Degree in Business & Political Science, Master in Design, and Master in Technology & Global Affairs. These degrees strengthen IE's offerings in social sciences, technology, and design, while also broadening the institution's strategic areas of teaching and research. Recognized as one of the world's most innovative universities, IE University's classrooms this year are comprised of 53% women and 90% international students, making it one of the most diverse institutions in the world. The countries with the largest presence on campus this academic year are Spain, the United States, France, Italy, Germany, Mexico, and India.

In the coming weeks, the institution will celebrate the inauguration of the Creative Campus at the Palacio de Mansilla in Segovia, a rehabilitated historic building that will now be the home of the IE School of Architecture & Design. The Creative Campus will offer programs focused on architecture, design, and fashion, such as the Bachelor in Architectural Studies, Bachelor in Design, and Bachelor in Fashion Design. The Creative Campus will also host numerous initiatives open to the public, reflecting IE University's commitment to Segovia and its community.

IE University continues to reinforce its commitment to a global campus where students from all over the world have a transformative academic experience and accelerate their professional careers. With this goal in mind, IE New York College (IENYC), an academic institution located in SoHo where IE University is the sole member, currently offers a Master of Science in Business for Social Impact and Sustainability and a Master of Science in Management. In 2026, it will expand its academic portfolio with a Master in Finance and a Master in Data Analytics & Artificial Intelligence.
