Professor Illarregui gave a lecture at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem

Emilio Illarregui - Professor of the Archaeology Unit at IE University gave a lecture on the Roman army and the Hispanic units during the Roman Empire, at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem on December 14. In addition, the IE University professor held a series of meetings with Jewish scholars in order to implement research projects of interest to both institutions.

Emilio  Illarregui  is a Professor at IE University since 1997, teaching Archaeology and History of Architecture and Construction. He has a Masters degree from the University of Cantabria and a Master of Advanced Studies from the University of Valladolid. Currently, he is directing archaeological excavations in Paenestre (Italy); TT.34 Luxor (Egypt) and several excavations in the Iberian Peninsula.
