Student clubs at IE University mount a fair trade market

IE University organised a fair trade market at their campus in Segovia in order to raise funds towards charitable student initiatives and celebrate the coming of the winter holidays.  Coordinated by the Student Office, students encouraged the entire university community to participate in the event, called the “IE Winter Market”, which was a fair trade event that served to promote the activities of different student societies and to raise money for charitable projects developed, or integrally coordinated, by the students themselves.   For the market, stands and kiosks were set up in the main cloister of the campus where visitors had the chance to purchase handicrafts, foodstuffs, and services.
