This project specified a context for the design of a delivery robot, taking into account how it would interact with humans, its system, and safety considerations.
From this idea came HOOLY, an autonomous service robot designed to meet the needs of guests of the Holiday Inn Express brand. Featuring a user-friendly, touch-screen interface, a table system for each room, various compartments for room service and tray disposal and even a charging port, it’s the perfect room service “butler.”
